Under the standard application route, where approval comes from the District collector’s office, you can build upto 2,500 sft on one deed. In case you want to build more, you will need to apply for the same. Higher FSI applications are granted subject to higher charges, multiple approvals and therefore take longer

Construction of your dream home will take 24-30 months from the time of receiving the permission to build from the requisite authorities

Once you obtain your building permit, you will need to apply for an electricity connection. The Electricity Board officials will then provide you with a connection from the nearest pole to your property.
For water supply, you will be given a connection from the main overhead tank to the edge of your property. The water consumption charges will be based on your monthly usage.

Yes. The estate has common facilities such as the pump house, approach road drainage & culverts, security, and more. To cover these expenses, a common monthly maintenance fee is determined and shared among all landowners. This fee is determined, at the beginning of the year ensuring fair distribution of costs for the maintenance of shared amenities.
